If the Dunkin Cocoa Cloud Latte has you (and your wallet) in a chokehold, join the club. Released as part of the 2026 winter menu, this iced treat is basically a love letter to coffee, mocha, and hot chocolate fans all at once. Espresso meets caramel chocolate syrup and whole milk, then it’s crowned with that dreamy chocolate cold foam.
Perhaps the only downside to this drink is that it’s seasonal. One day it’ll be retired to make room for all the summer drinks, and you’ll be left staring longingly at your coffee cup. The good news is you can enjoy that silky, chocolatey foam and perfectly balanced sweetness all year round. Recreating it at home is easier than you think.
The best copycat recipe I’ve come across comes from TikTok creator Sofia H., who goes by Fifi’s Coffee Bar on TikTok. It’s basically the real thing, minus the line at Dunkin’. Find her full recipe below.

Ingredients:
Latte Base:
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce or syrup
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce or syrup
- Double shot of espresso (2 oz.)
- 6–8 oz milk of choice
Chocolate Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
Instructions:
1. Make the Latte Base: In a glass, combine the chocolate syrup and caramel syrup. Pour in the double shot of espresso. Add 6–8 oz of your preferred milk. Stir until smooth and well combined. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Make the Chocolate Cold Foam: In a small bowl or a frother, combine heavy cream, milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla syrup. Froth or whisk until it’s thick, airy, and creamy—like a soft chocolate cloud.
3. Assemble Your Latte: Spoon or pour the chocolate cold foam over the latte base. Grab a straw and enjoy!
Can you substitute regular coffee for espresso?
While espresso gives the Cocoa Cloud Latte its signature bold flavor, you can use strong brewed coffee in a pinch. Use about 1.5 to 2 times the usual amount of coffee grounds you normally would, or if using a K-cup, choose the smallest brew size (usually four ounces) to concentrate the coffee’s flavor. Set aside two ounces of the coffee(the volume equivalent of a double espresso) for your Cocoa Cloud Latte.
